Matt, I did a quick web search thinking the US State Department would have such a list, but didn't find one. I did find one interesting list which mentions the many and varied treaties and agreements by which many countries have become allies of the US. It gets complicated as you can see from the list at the link below. That list looks pretty good to me, but unfortunately it doesn't cite references, but as a plus, many of the treaties/agreements involved are mentioned.
