I am rather surprised no one has responded to your request but perhaps its because the original plate is still available from the Company [I haven't checked the list to see]? It would be right and proper to obtain it that way rather than from the book, but if you check and it isn't available, I have the book and will gladly send you a copy. I share your interest in the Maximillan era in Mexico and would be interested in exchanging information.
