John, I just tried to post a reply to you, but managed to mess it up somehow.

Anyhow, the producer of this CD is a CMH member.

For information regarding the CD, you might want to check the Society of the Military Horse forum, www.militaryhorse.org By way of a full disclosure, I am one of the moderators at the SMH forum. Anyhow, the CD is reviewed there, and is very popular amongst SMH members.

I don't know if it is still available at the USCA bookstore, but it is likely that this it is. I haven't checked that site for a very long time. Information regarding the CD is certainly available at the SMH site, although new registrations are currently down, pending a forum upgrade. I can check into CD availability and locations if you like.
