I am a miniature sculptor looking for the following information regarding the Marine Corp's green coat of the 1830's. What color are the turnbacks and how many buttons were on the pocket flaps? Were the pocket flaps vertical or horizontal? Lastly, Was there a genade badge on the turnbacks? If so, what was the color, yellow or gold with a possible geen backing. This appears to be a uniform that is hard to find information on. I greatly appreciate any help.~Gary
