Marched to General Parssons, 覧 覧 覧 覧 覧 覧

Thomas Anderson states the same thing in his Journal AND William Hatcher and Probably my fourth great grandfather, John Hatcher (they were serving with Colonel John Twiggs of Georgia) states the same thing in his Pension declaration. My question is Who was General Parsons??
