I can send you a copy the Canadian Militia article from the Spring 1984 issue. It's one of our uniform plates, so there is one page of text accompanying the artist's rendition of the uniform, for a total of two pages.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with the older journals. My suggestion is that you contact headquarters and ask whether the issues you need are in stock.
