[Civil War] Autographed Picture of six men.

Hello,
I have a picture of (6) men sitting/standing on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. (must be 1864). I am not a Civil War Historian, although History interest's me a great deal, but not as a collector. This picture has been in my family for over 100yrs. I will write below exactly what it say's on the back and maybe you can tell me what I have.

There are (6) names listed, but with the computer equipment I have, I can't make all of them out.
Number #4 is Samuel Smailes and his rank.
Number #6 is (______)Crawford and his rank(something 149)
The other names and imformation could/can be made out is someone had the equipment, and a good set of eye's.

This has been in my family for over one-hundred years and it could be that one of the men is my ancestor. I have looked all over the Internet to try and find the picture or image of these six men, but I can't find anything close. One of the men sitting on the rock on the very edge, must not have been scared of anything - it scares me just looking at the picture.
