In Response To: [Uniforms] Badges on Confederate Uniforms (Gary/CA)

Gary, perhaps you noticed my 29 May 2002 post on the forum for "Blue and Gray Sharpshooter Battalions" (on which you have also posted) and the ref to an insigne of "four red lozenges on blue" ascribed to Maryland man. Unfortunately, I have seen nothing to indicate where this was worn (i.e., breast or cap vs. sleeve)or other particulars.
