Retired Navy Command Master Chief. 31 years active duty and veteran of the Vietnam and Gulf wars. I'm a long-time, albeit amateur, student of military history. Presently pursuing a degree in biological anthropology at the University of California, San Diego. I'm also a volunteer researcher for the San Diego County historian.
