I have been in the enacting game for 35 years.

I am also engaged in the manufacturing of period clothing,and as such, search with my fellow history people,that which is correct.

We have been known to make mistakes.

The Smithsonian Intitute,Dr Mike Macafee,Naval Acadamy and many others,keep me on the correct path.

I work for the Oklahoma Historical Society at the Historic Site of FORT GIBSON built in 1824 and closed 1897.

1824 to 1850s information is scarce.Your Grand children and I will be gratefull for all and any text or photo this era.
